Delivery Times

  • Germany: approx. 2–4 working days
  • EU countries: approx. 4–7 working days
  • International: delivery times vary depending on destination

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Germany: flat rate €4,90
  • EU: from €9,90 (depending on country)
  • International: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Carriers

We ship with DHL, DPD, and UPS, selected per shipment via Sendcloud to give you the best rate for the parcel size and destination.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer.

All prices are in Euro (€) and include the legally applicable German VAT (currently 7 % on books).
